Colony West

A colonial-style apartment building purchased from a local builder in 1971, Colony West is located adjacent to the campus on Lindenwood. It serves as housing for upperclassmen in one-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchens. At full capacity, Colony West houses 50 male students.

These carpeted, one-bedroom apartments house four men and consist of a living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bath.
