Mission Statement

The name of this honor society Phi Delta Lambda is derived from the following: Phi standing for Philosophia (Love of Wisdom), Delta for Dikaiosune (Righteousness), and Lambda for Latreia (Service).

The purpose of Phi Delta Lambda is (1) the promotion of scholarship and friendly relations among students and graduates of the colleges of the Church of the Nazarene; and (2) the stimulation and maintenance of high ideals of learning, character, and Christian service.
