For the recruit or fan interested in an athletic program that stresses top-notch physical development, first-class academics, teamwork rarely found in today's society, and a "Christ-centered" atmosphere, then MidAmerica Nazarene University football is for you.

The Pioneer program is very fortunate to have a quality coaching staff to help develop and influence our athletes both on and off the field. But without question, the heart and soul of the MNU team is our players. I truly consider it a privilege to work with these young men and I believe that by stressing the total development of our squad we'll become better individuals as well as a more cohesive team.

The MNU football program is definitely moving forward. With a 64-17 record over the last seven years (7-3 2006), back to back Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships, 6 bowl appearances, 4 NAIA National Playoff appearances and numerous top 25 rankings, the Pioneers have established themselves as one of the top teams in the NAIA and the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

With the addition of the practice facilities and the Wellness Center(complete with four gym floors, weight room, and athletic offices) MidAmerica has some of the best facilities in the conference.
