The Pioneer Weightlifting Team finished in 3rd place at the 2008 Collegiate Nationals Weightlifting meet!  They were just shy of beating the Air Force Academy (2^nd) and Louisiana State University (Shreveport) (1^st).  The results of the meet are as follows:

105+K weight class finishing 12^th Nick Woodard-Sn. 90K C&J-130K totaling 220K

The Pioneers did well especially when having to compete against athletes that will be competing at the Olympic Trials next month!
