About the MAOA

Through the Master of Arts in Organizational Administration you can develop your leadership ability, learn to manage with vision, gain knowledge to work across company divisions, and make strategic decisions. Through case studies, group projects and presentations, role modeling and discussion groups, students will gain knowledge experientially. Classes are interactive and professors are teachers and mentors. What you learn in class can be used the next day working with and leading others.

Whether your organization is for-profit or not-for-profit, private or public sector, the Organizational Administration program will benefit you. To many students, the crucial aspect of this program is its grounding in ethical values. As a student you will discover a framework for analyzing ethical issues surrounding today's business problems. This process of decision-making and problem-solving approaches issues within the big picture rather than making decisions in a vacuum.
